BOLEIMA - Winter Ale

It arises from the challenge of interpreting a typical sweet from Alto Alentejo, the apple boleima, through beer. It is a ruby colored beige winter ale. Created to warm the cold days of the Alentejo, it is an alcoholic beer with complex caramel flavor and aromas, biscuit and a touch of apple to finish with the slightly spicy of cinnamon. It results from a partnership with Cervejeira Burra.

BRUNETTE

It is a special chestnut edition to put a little more of Alto Alentejo in a bottle. Marvão DOP chestnuts were selected to make a smoked Brown Ale with notes of chestnut and fennel, ending with a taste of caramel. It is ideal to accompany an autumn evening in front of the Alentejo fireplace with a cartridge of chestnuts in hand.

VILA MORENA - Imperial Brown Ale

We got together again with the Aroeira to draw the evolution of this commemorative beer from the 25th of April. The malt revolted and demanded freedom of expression. We accepted the demands and the balance weighed more malt than hops, evolving to an Imperial Brown Ale. With the malt leading the way, flavors of biscuit and caramel parade with citrus and resinous hops in the barrel of the glass. It has a light brown color and an ivory-colored foam.

GRAVITATIONAL COLLAPSE - Stout

It is a pseudoamerican Stout of opaque black color and beige foam that collapses into aromas and flavors of coffee, biscuit, dark chocolate and light citrus reminiscent of tangerine. With a medium gravitational mass and a bitter finish, this black hole attracts the next sip. It is produced in collaboration with Totenhopfen Brauhaus.

DEVANEIOS- SESSION IPA

The first of the 4 brewing reveries, the Session IPA presents a light body, low in alcohol and with an accentuated bitterness like an IPA. In the aroma the hops used release notes of coconut and tropical fruits, in the flavor you can feel the citrus of the hops together with some nuances of coconut from the Sabro hop. Pedro Loureiro's illustration refers to an icon building in Portalegre, the Robinson factory. Brewed in collaboration with Cerveja Velhaca.

DEVANEIOS- IPA

From the second brewer reverie, this IPA was born, full of character and hops. It shows itself with a medium body that helps to balance its bitterness. In the aroma, tropical flavors predominate from the hops used and in the flavor you can feel the citruses of the hops and a light hint of malt biscuit. Pedro Loureiro's illustration refers to the São Bernardo convent located in Portalegre. Brewed in collaboration with Cerveja Velhaca.

DEVANCIES - DIPA

Going up to the third brewer reverie, a strong and full-bodied Double IPA. The aroma predominates citrus and pine from the hops used and in the flavor you can also feel the citrus of the hops and a light hint of caramel from the malt. Pedro Loureiro's illustration depicts the imposing Marvão Castle. Brewed in collaboration with Cerveja Velhaca.

DEVANCIES - NEIPA

From so much brewing Reverie appears the New England IPA. A hop juice? No, it's really beer! Opaque, with a medium-high body and low bitterness. In the aroma an explosion of tropical fruits from the 5 hops used. And in the flavor? More hops, of course. This time Pedro Loureiro, shows us the Fonte da Vila in Castelo de Vide. Brewed in collaboration with Cerveja Velhaca.
